Refund policy

We want you to love your Bee Beauty Bar order. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns: We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened beauty products cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@beebeautybar.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right.

How to Start a Return: Email us at support@beebeautybar.com with your order number and reason for return.
